Friends of Sumpter Valley Dredge, Inc. is a non-profit corporation
established in 1993 in Sumpter, Oregon. We are managed by a Board of Directors consisting of up to eleven elected members from our local communities and meet monthly throughout the year. In addition to becoming members, you can help preserve the Dredge by serving on the Board of Directors! Interested persons may contact the board here for additional information.
interpretive opportunities in the Pacific Northwest that had an influence on the development and history of the Sumpter, Baker Co, Granite, Grant County, Oregon areas with particular emphasis on the Sumpter Valley Dredge State Heritage Area and the Historic Fremont Power Plant. at the Dredge Visitors Center and designated locations in Sumpter. We encourage our members to attend the meetings and we invite the public to attend as well and get to know our Board Members!
