Friends of The Sumpter Valley Dredge, Inc.is a non-profit corporation established in 1993 in Sumpter, Oregon. The Board of Directors consists of up to eleven elected members from our local communities, who meet monthly throughout the year. You can become a member or help preserve and restore the Historic Gold Dredge by serving on the Board of Directors, or both! For more information, send an email to: president@friendsofthedredge.com

~ Gold Panning is allowed only in designated areas within the State Heritage Area. ~ Because of the historical nature of the Dredge State Park, Metal Detecting is not allowed.
